Pinakbet or Pakbet is popularly known a recipe of Ilocano dish. The difference of other Pinakbet Tagalog to Pinakbet Ilocano, they use Bagoong(anchovy sauce) then cook in various vegetables like Alukun which usually is hard to find in Manila. Well, Ilocano people also known for being practical. All the ingredients here in Pinakbet can find in their backyard, and they do not need to buy in the market.

Laing is one of my comfort food. Because there is a taste of Spicy. Which is I am Chili Lover/ Spicy Lover. Laing has a coconut milk, a gabi leaves which is the main ingredient of Laing. It is originally from Bicol, one of their famous foods is Bicol Express. Same as Laing, Bicol express has a spicy taste which is also good and I like it.
